Well, for the last six years I have owned and operated my own training and coaching business teaching entrepreneurs various strategies and techniques that can be used in any direct sales business.

I am glad you asked. I was a Mary Kay Sales Director for 10 of the 11 years of my Mary Kay career.
Once I become a sales director, or if I am a struggling director can you show me how to earn a Mary Kay Pink Cadillac and make more money?
During my career in Mary Kay Cosmetics, I earned 1,2,3,4, 5 Mary Kay cars and 3 of them were Pink Cadillacs. I earned my first Mary Kay Pink Cadillac 5 months after completing DIQ.
Having earned all those cars, I am sure you would agree I know how to qualify for the Mary Kay trophy on wheels.
Did you help anyone in your team earn a Mary Kay car or become a Sales Director?
The answer is yes, yes, yes, yes and yes! I helped 5 of my team members achieve the level of Directorship and earn Mary Kay cars. We also had a total of 9 consultant cars on our team.
Did you ever complete any Unit Clubs as a Director?
YES, I completed 5 Unit Clubs as a Director. One of the proudest achievements in addition to earning a Pink Cadillac is the ability to achieve Unit Clubs as a Sales Director. Earning a Pink Cadillac is a great achievement but, completing Unit Clubs every year is a GREAT place to be.

On that picture I only see 3 Bar Pins but you said you did 5 Unit Clubs. Where are the other 2 Bar Pins?
I am glad you noticed and are paying close attention. However, Mary Kay does not give duplicate bar pins for the same Unit Club. As I shared earlier, I had completed two of the same Unit Clubs twice.
Is that a real Mary Kay Bumble Bee on your shoulder or is it one of those fake ones Directors give at their meetings?
Yes, very observant and your eyes are not playing tricks on you. It is a real Mary Kay Diamond and Emerald Bumble Bee. I earned it for completing Court of Recruiting. Just so you know; that year I was number 20 in recruiting in the entire Mary Kay Emerald Seminar.
How quickly did you accomplish all the above especially all your Director achievements?
As mentioned before, I earned my first Mary Kay Pink Cadillac 5 months after completing D.I.Q. I qualified for the Mary Kay Fabulous Fifties Club and the Mary Kay Honor Society my first year as a Director.
I was also on the top 3 of my Mary Kay debuting class and was named on the Mary Kay Dean’s List Club.
I also completed my first Mary Kay Unit Club my first full year as a Director and was the number one Director in my National Area many times. So, as you can see this did not take long and it should not take you long either.
In addition to all the Cars, the Bar Pins, Bumble Bee, and the Unit Clubs awarded to you by Mary Kay Cosmetics, what other ways were you recognized for your achievements?
I am very proud to say that for the Mary Kay 40th Anniversary, I was one of the few Directors asked to represent them by making appearances on Today Show on NBC, Early Morning Show on CBS and The View on ABC.
